**About CTM**

**About the Role**
This role requires efficient, timely and accurate overall control over all CTM Debtors, which includes credit checks, issuing and reconciling of statements, collection of client debts owing and maintenance of Debtor Ledgers for all CTM databases.

The successful person will possess good written and oral communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, an ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision, will require good time management skills and the ability to process large volumes of transactions and the ability to work with operational teams.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience and skills relevant to collections
- Previous travel industry experience not essential but will be considered an advantage
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Accurate data entry and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised with good time management
