Senior Manager with over 17 years experience.

As the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer, you'll manage the end-to-end receivables process and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments. Your attention to detail and proactive communication style will help maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

·Managing the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, collections and reconciliations

·Process and allocate income payments accurately and efficiently

·Communicating effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices

·Prepare and distribute regular debtor reports to internal stakeholders

·Reconcile accounts and assist in month-end closing processes

·Supporting the broader finance team as required

What we're looking for

·Proven experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, at least 3 years

·Strong numeracy and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

·Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite

·Excellent communication and customer service skills

·Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

·A positive, professional and proactive approach to your work

·Experience using Xero and Lightspeed Retail will be an advantage.
