**We’re Hiring: Purchasing Coordinator**:

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on** Purchasing Coordinator** to join our WA team. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy a mix of warehouse operations and procurement responsibilities, this could be a great opportunity for you.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the WA Stores Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring our warehouse and purchasing operations run efficiently. You’ll be hands on and supporting the team with everything from order picking, stock control, purchasing, stock control and freight.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day purchasing and warehouse operations
- Manage purchasing of consumables and bulk materials for stock
- Complete purchasing for rig orders and ad-hoc requests
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stocktakes
- Liaise with suppliers and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle goods receipting, rig order costing, and admin tasks
- Operate a forklift safely within the warehouse and yard

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a purchasing role (mining or drilling operations highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Familiarity with inventory systems and the MS Office suite
- Forklift licence (highly regarded)
- Manual driver’s licence required
