**Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE** are currently seeking a **Vehicle Cleaner Supervisor** to join our dynamic team and lead our vehicle cleaning and detailing operations to the next level

As the **Vehicle Cleaner Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vehicle detailing team, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards prior to customer delivery or showroom display. You’ll lead a small team, manage workflow, and ensure quality control across all tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support a team of vehicle detailers and cleaners
- Coordinate vehicle cleaning schedules to meet delivery and display deadlines
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to dealership standards (interior & exterior)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the detailing bays and work area
- Conduct quality control checks before vehicles are handed over
- Train new team members in cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Liaise with sales and service teams to coordinate vehicle flow

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on team leader with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in vehicle detailing/cleaning (supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive and positive attitude
- A current WA driver’s licence
