**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The role is for a Loans Processing Officer within a dynamic mortgage broking firm. The position will be instrumental in supporting both mortgage brokers and clients, contributing significantly to a variety of loan processing activities.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with mortgage brokers to compile, manage, and handle commercial lending, investment loans, refinancing, and car loans
- Assist in serving clients and ensuring their requirements are efficiently addressed
- Coordinate with clients and lending institutions to streamline communication and transaction procedures

**EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Loans Processing Officer in an Australian mortgage broking firm
- Proficient use of Mercury Connective Mortgage Broker CRM required
