In the realm of technical excellence, we have an opportunity for a Business Test Manager. If you possess hands-on experience in functionalities and superuser testing and have played a significant role in testing Payroll and Time and Attendance systems, this position might align perfectly with your skillset.

As Test Manager leading a team within the Health Care sector, you’ll ensure configuration of systems align with business stakeholders, meet polices, standards and legislation. Drive the execution of strategies and frameworks for both manual and automated testing during the design, build, and implementation of this large-scale project.

**Integration Expertise**:
This position requires a Test Manager with previous integration experience of Workday (HCM) with iChris (payroll) and UKG Dimensions. You'll oversee the optimisation of integration points, ensuring data and processes flow smoothly across these platforms. Your contribution is central to maintaining operational efficiency.

**Strategic Frameworks**:
Leveraging your background in assisting with testing Payroll and Time and Attendance systems, you'll be responsible for crafting strategic testing frameworks. These frameworks are designed to govern and coordinate both manual and automated testing throughout the project lifecycle. Your strategic insight ensures that quality is woven into every stage, resulting in systems that not only function but excel.

- Demonstrated experience in Test Management, with a clear focus on functionality and superuser testing.
- Proven expertise in testing Payroll and Time and Attendance systems, showcasing your domain knowledge.
- Successful track record in integrating systems, particularly experience with Workday (HCM), iChris (payroll) and UKG Dimensions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing test strategies that effectively manage testing activities.
