**The Role Description**

Seeking a Test Manager to manage end to end testing including unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing. This includes overseeing preparation of the test strategy/plan through to test execution, including sign-off testing for go-live.

**Responsibilities**
- Define testing scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents.
- Organise the testing kick-off meeting
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify and manage testing dependencies and critical path.
- Track testing milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Work with other teams such as Project Management, SME/BA, and Development.

**Skillset Requirements**
- 6+ yrs. experience in a Test Lead, Test Manager or Program Test Manager capacity
- Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application Testing.
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Excellent ability to partner with Project Managers, Developers and SMEs/ BAs.
