SICE ANZ is currently looking for a Test Manager to plan and coordinate the software testing and quality assurance processes for the assigned project.

With a focus on project delivery, the Test Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the testing strategies and procedures to ensure the system performs to specification.

Key responsibilities of this role include the following:

- Define the testing technical strategy and the test acceptance master plan
- Prepare testing scenarios
- Defects management, analysis and reporting
- Prepare test cases and scripts
- Execute and validate test results
- Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for the client
- Organise and attend meetings as required to facilitate the testing process
- Manage delivery by metrics
- Act as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of product releases
- Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members
- Coordinate testing activities

**Requirements**:
We will also value if you have:

- Experience developing testing strategy and test plans for small to medium-sized projects
- Experience in web browsers and internet technologies in a Software Test/QA environment
- Experience testing in a Linux environment
- Experience with current industry wide quality and test processes and practices, tools and techniques
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with issues and project tracking tools like JIRA
- Hands-on experience with Zephyr test management tool
- Experience with test automation and automated testing tools.
- Experience managing and leading quality assurance initiatives.
