We are seeking a skilled Test Manager with a strong background in data projects to join our team to work with one of our esteemed banking clients.

**Role Overview**:
As a Test Manager with a background in data projects, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data-driven solutions. You will lead a team of Test Leads and Test Analysts, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define testing strategies, execute test plans, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Test Leads and Test Analysts, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for data projects, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, prioritize test activities, and communicate testing progress and results effectively.
- Establish and maintain robust testing processes and standards, driving adherence to best practices and ensuring the integrity of our data solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of concern, proactively addressing issues to mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration testing and deployment of data solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data testing, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance our testing capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 + years of proven experience in a Test Manager or similar role, with a focus on data projects.
- Strong understanding and experience with data testing.
- Proficiency in test management tools and experience with test automation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
