We are looking for a casual employees to work multiple shifts across a fortnightly roster. The individual will be located at the Campbell Facility. **The Role** This role is a casual role for, and we are looking for 3 X care service employees. This is position for an immediate start. The role is based at our Campbell Residential Aged Care - 2 White Crescent, Campbell ACT 2612 **The shifts will be on Week 1 and Week 2 roster for the following below**: Must be available to work on various shifts AM, PM, Night Monday to Sunday over a fortnightly roster. **As a Care Service Employee, you will**: - Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities - Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing - Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty - Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the resident's comfort - Assist in mealtimes and social activities. **Southern Cross Benefits** - Salary Packaging ($15,900), plus meal and entertainment benefit package to the value of $2,650 - Heart HQ - our Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) People Platform, packed with exclusive retail discounts, and features designed to help you celebrate, connect and succeed - Fitness Passport - Discounted workplace health and fitness program available to you and your family.
