Payroll Support Officer

Due to growth, we are looking for Payroll Support Officer to join our fabulous Finance team in Epping NSW.

The Payroll Support Officer will be responsible and accountable for completing administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner, to support quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. The Payroll Support Officer will be generally the first point of contact for most Payroll enquiries.

**As Payroll Support Officer, your duties will be**
- Create, maintain and organise hardcopy personnel files including filing paperwork into personnel files and archiving terminated personnel files as required
- Manual data entry of timesheets into the payroll system as required for new staff
- Scanning and electronic filing of hardcopy timesheets and payroll paperwork as required
- Maintain user process guides and instructional guides for day to day Payroll functions
- Respond to general queries and requests including completing forms and questionnaires from third parties e.g. Centrelink, ATO
- Assist payroll team to prepare and process calculations for back-payments, adjustments, termination payments and other relevant payroll calculations as required
- Solid computer skills with demonstrated abilities in Microsoft Office suite
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise and plan
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- Strong customer service skills, polite in approach
- Dedication to maintaining confidential information
- Provide evidence of Covid vaccinations
