Chandler Personnel is looking for a **Part-Time Payroll Officer** for our client in **Epping.** Global company in manufacturing Mexican foods.
- Monday - Friday depending on the week
- ASAP Start On-going work, potential to permanent
- $30-$34 an hour depending on experience and skills required
**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for all employees on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including tax and superannuation requirements
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders
- Process end of financial year activities, including payment summaries and tax declarations
- Assist with the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and requirements
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ** Need experience in Kronos and Micropay**
