**Nest Children's Physiotherapy is a private Paediatric Physiotherapy service located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW. With over 11 years of providing exceptional services to children and adolescents, we are looking for our next team member.** **You may be a recent graduate looking to further your skills in Paediatrics, or perhaps you are an experienced Physiotherapist who has already been working in Paediatrics and are looking for the next chapter in your career and life. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered for the position.** This position will cover all areas of Neuro-developmental Paediatrics, including but not limited to: - Congenital orthopaedics (talipes, torticollis, plagiocephaly, hip dysplasia) - Developmental delay - Disability (mild, moderate and severe) - Gait anomalies - Casting and splinting (serial casting for CP and toe walking, fracture casting, Ponseti management, Pavlik harness management, thermoplastic splinting) - Orthopaedic management including rehabilitation following surgery and fractures - Equipment prescription - Exercise based groups - Mixture of NDIS and private patients - Aquatic Physiotherapy sessions - Clinic, school and home visits Our Director and Principal Physiotherapist in Paediatrics is Rebecca Snowden, who is a has been worked in Paediatrics for 20 years and has been a titled Paediatric Physiotherapist for over 10 years. You will have access to 1:1 professional development, tailored to your needs. A generous Professional Development Allowance is included in your package. Applicants interested in developing skills in Rebecca's interest area of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy will also have the opportunity to broaden their skill-set into this niche area of Physiotherapy practice. Our Paediatrics service is based within The Physio Space, where you will have access to a team of Physio's working in a variety of areas, enabling exceptional professional development opportunities. Based primarily from our Bowral rooms, our clinic offers 2 well-equipped and resourced, spacious paediatric treatment rooms. Our 2 clinics, in Bowral and Moss Vale, provide opportunity to access 2 well equipped gyms to treat a variety of patient groups. Home and school visits are well supported with access to a clinic vehicle and all equipment provided to enable exceptional care. There is also scope to negotiate the set-up of the position in regard to school holiday leave, and working from home for administrative and mobile elements of the position. **Find out more about our clinic** The Southern Highlands is located 90 minutes south of Sydney and 45 minutes from the South Coast. It is the perfect place for those looking for a balance work-life workplace. **Find out about the Southern Highlands** **Requirements**: **The successful applicant will**: - have a positive, energetic enthusiasm for Paediatric Physio - have an ability to work well with families from all walks of life - value working in an fun, welcoming "work family" - have previous experience in Paediatric Physiotherapy or a passion to further skills in this area New or recent graduates will be considered, however a Grade 2-3 level Physiotherapist is preferred A Physiotherapy degree, full AHPRA registration, Drivers Licence and Working With Children's Checks are all essential requirements of the position. Overseas applicants, without full AHPRA registration are not currently being considered.
