**The Role**

**In this role, your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Follow the three “M”s: Manage, Maintain, and Maximise sales opportunities.
- Exhaust all avenues when it comes to following up leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Reduce “buyers’ resistance” through educating potential clients at all stages of communication
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the Head of Sales and support them in gathering information on leads & opportunities and prepare recommendations for clients
- Prepare and manage client invoicing.
- Capture and enter data (e.g., client recommendations, photographs, notes, assessment, quotes).
- Schedule follow up appointments for clients (phone call, zoom, in clinic)
- Work with the marketing department to maximise the return on local promotions.
- Promote Gro’s products - including hair transplant, PRP, prescription hair care, non-prescription items.
- Generally, support the daily business function of the sales team.
- ** Trustworthy**, with a high degree of integrity (you do what you say you’ll do, and you’ll say what you do).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. “**Relatable**” and builds instant rapport with a broad range of personality types.
- Customer first mindset with high standards (“**concierge**” style service).
- Eager to **learn** about Gro and what we offer - and then be **confident** in our superior products and services when disclosing costs to clients.
- The ability to overcome barriers and navigate through all different scenarios and situations and keep calm whilst doing so.
- Low “sales call reluctance”.
- Ability to “close” most sales.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with being part of a team yet work independently.
- Excellent task management skills. Get your stuff done without fuss.
- Comfortable dealing with clients _via_ telephone, zoom, social media chat and in person.
- The drive to learn and grow (pardon the pun) to reach maximum potential and have a little, ok, a lot of fun along the way.
