**About this role**:
As we deliver the new myki system to Victoria, there is a new opportunity to join our centre led procurement function to help roll out the new myki system to Victoria. Your day-to-day actions can impact the lives of millions of Victorians, this role has real outcomes. Supported by the Procurement Director, you will be enabled to make and drive change across the organisation and our supplier eco-system.
- Assist in raising Requestion Orders, Purchase Orders and Vendor Onboarding.
- Providing regular reporting of procurement activities and cost savings achieved
- Establishing logistics relationships to help guarantee maximum efficiency, productivity and benefit to overall business.
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day basis, and do any ad hoc tasks to the Procurement Director and Commercial Director when required.
- Maintain a record of procurement processes, decisions and contractual arrangements undertaken ensuring the audit trail is adequately maintained and documented for probity, accountability and audit.

**About you**:

- Relevant Procurement and/or logistics experience.
- Understanding of the Requestion to Pay process including systems and tools.
- Experience ERP Systems with favourable preference towards JD Edwards Oracle.
- Knowledge of social enterprises, and the social procurement framework is high beneficial but not a requirement.
