**About the company**
Our client is a non-profit organisation based on the city’s eastern fringe. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team who are continuously looking to improve.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the HR business partners with implementing HR and recruitment programs.
The position is full-time, Monday - Friday. The company offer a hybrid work environment and the team tend to go in one day per week. The contract is initially 3 month but is likely to lead to longer term employment due to a restructure.
**Your key responsibilities include**
- Play an advisory role during the recruitment process
- Support managers with creation of Recruitment and Variation Requests in internal recruitment system and determine appropriate recruitment campaign with support from the relevant HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate the recruitment process including on boarding, liaising with line management and external agencies as required.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening and ongoing employee screening requirements.
- Create contracts of employment for approval by the relevant HR Business Partner.
- Respond to general enquiries received through the HR inbox.
- Provide support to the HR Business Partner team in the implementation of HR programs.
- Assist in the review of policies, procedures and practices to ensure they support the organization’s needs.
**You will have the following**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human or previous experience working as a HR Administrator / Coordinator or in a Talent Acquisition role
- Relevant experience in recruitment and selection of employees.
- Ability to build a strong service culture and be responsive to the eeds of the team and stakeholders.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to positively contribute to the team and organization culture.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
