**The Role**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administration professional to shine.

Working alongside a team of busy Consultants, you will be involved in coordinating all support and communication involved in the day to day activities of a recruitment agency. We are seeking someone who enjoys working as part of a fast paced and supportive team. If you can bring a “can do” or “I’ll give that a go” approach you will thrive in the variety of work that is presented to you.

This role is central to the success of this team and is responsible for:

- Working as part of a national support team to deliver continuous improvement projects,
- Partnering with the various stakeholders to assist with reporting and ad-hoc tasks
- Troubleshooting any technology issues (in liaison with our external IT support).

**About You**
This role would suit an individual who has a strong customer centric approach and has proven experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal & external). You are confident and proactive in your communications and like to be a step ahead in providing support to your team. You consider yourself a people person, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels with confidence, with excellent written and verbal communications. You pride yourself on your strong eye for detail and have the ability to manage competing priorities, and manage expectations.

There will be some EA style duties for the Directors, and you will also be open to taking on a variety of tasks and projects with a flexible and can do approach to your work.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly formatting within Microsoft Word
- Experience in a customer facing similar role,
- A good sense of humour
