**Resourcing Coordinator - MSP Recruiter**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for individuals looking to move from hospitality or customer service/retail into a corporate role, or for a new graduate looking to start their career

Our client is a leading provider of talent management solutions who are looking to expand their team of Resourcing Specialists working across some of their major clients.

As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will be providing day-to-day operational support to KellyOCG Vendor Management Programs, ensuring all activities and functions align with the overall objective and Service Level Agreements of the MSP program.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Acting as a central support contact you
- Ensure service excellence across all facets of the Vendor Managed Programs to internal and external stakeholders; including Hiring Managers, Vendors and Colleagues
- Manage shared inboxes
- Organise/schedule interviews
- Manage contract extensions
- Answer general questions and queries from Hiring Managers and Vendors
- Other general support for Resourcing Specialists (MSP Recruiters)

Don't worry you do not need any HR or Recruitment experience. If you have great customer service skills, high attention to detail and a positive can do attitude you are the right person for the role.
