AlayaCare are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the ANZ People and Culture team to support our managers finding and hiring great people. Sydney location, Part-time permanent position (22.8 hours per week).

**About the team**

The People and Culture team work to make sure we have the right people, environment and HR systems & processes in place to achieve our goals as an organisation. Joining as the second People and Culture Team member in Australia and reporting to the HR Manager for ANZ, the Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with managers across our team to ensure we attract and hire great talent at AlayaCare. The Recruitment Coordinator will also work with our global People and Culture team based in various North American locations.

**About the role**

The Recruitment Coordinator will support all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple concurrent corporate and technical roles, as well as having opportunities to learn and support broader generalist HR activities. The 22.8 part time hours will be flexible and can be spread across 3, 4 or 5 days per week. No two days or recruitment processes will be the same, though on any given day you might be working on tasks such as:

- Working with hiring managers to create recruitment plans.
- Creating and managing recruitment requisitions and approvals in our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Writing and posting job advertisements.
- Performing resume and phone screening.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Completing reference checks, preparing contracts, and supporting the offer process.
- Coordinating the onboarding process.
- Assisting with office management activities and events as required.
- Supporting and upskilling in general HR activities such as performance management, case management, policy queries, and exit and offboarding.

**What we're looking for in a Recruitment Coordinator**

You might be early in your recruitment or HR career looking for your next step, or a more experienced professional looking for the benefit of flexible part-time hours. Either way, you'll have:

- A degree or certification in HR or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a HR or recruitment focussed role.
- An understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process - you know the different steps and how it all fits together.
- Great written and verbal communication skills - you communicate complex information clearly and adjust your communication style to match your audience.
- The ability to self-organise and prioritise your work - you plan your own workload, are accountable for deadlines, and adjust priorities as required.
- Tech savvy and experience using tools such as Greenhouse (or another ATS), Bamboo HR (or another HRIS), Confluence, Slack, and the MS Office suite.

It's also a bonus if you have:

- Experience working in SaaS/technology company.
- Experience working with or recruiting technical roles (e.g. Developers, Product Managers).
