Strong Technical & Practical Experience

One of Australia’s largest electrical & communications contractors is looking to engage the services of a High Voltage Cable Terminator/Jointer with experience in Terminating HV Cables up to 33KV.

**Role Specific Requirements**
- High voltage cable jointing, laying, terminating and repairing underground power cables
- Familiar with Raychem, Nexans and other HV Terminating products in the market.
- Regular A grade Fieldwork including installation, connection, fault diagnosis, testing, maintenance, and commissioning
- HV cable testing would be an advantage
- Familiar with Substations/Switchroom’s/Switchyards and Kiosk enclosures
- Developing of job specific JSA’s and SWMS
- Planning and reporting skills
- Effective communication skills

**Essential Qualifications**
- Victorian ‘A' Grade Electrical License
- HV Termination Product Competencies or Equivalent.
- Cert III Distribution Cable Jointing would be an advantage
- Construction Industry White Card
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence
- Current LVR & CPR
- HV Switching would be an advantage

Remuneration and package will be developed depending on abilities and experience based on present Stowe VIC EBA Conditions.
