With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a **Full Time Store Consultant** role now on offer in **Osborne Park.
**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself is a multi-faceted role of customer service, admin and operations. We often say in storage that no 2 days are the same, some of the key daily duties would include:
Your responsibilities include:

- Work in a customer facing environment to deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
- Assist in ensuring the Centre achieves its budgeted KPI goals
- Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities
- Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards
- Maximise sales conversion opportunities via various ports of communication
- Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedure
- Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
- Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- You have a motivated, proactive and positive attitude
- Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Driver’s license and car (desirable)

This role would report to a Storage Manager, and you would be part of a team of Store Consultants. It also allows for career progression & growth, as the business expands.
