Opportunity for an immediate start **ABOUT THE POSITION.** This is an exciting opportunity for an Office & Accounts Administrator to join a leading and award winning team of high achieving individuals. Perfect opportunity for a recent accounts graduate looking for close mentorship and the opportunity to kickstart their career within an established and sophisticated business. This opportunity is being offered on a secure full time basis. This person will play a pivotal role in the successful growth and seamless day to day operations of the business. **DUTIES.** - Accounts payable & receivables - General accounts management - Perform general administrative support - Managing inbound calls - Liaising with subcontractors **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.** - Certificate in Accounting and/or Bookkeeping or similar - A passion for high level customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a collaborative team - Proactive and initiative driven with strong attention to detail - Proficient across Microsoft Office **CULTURE.** This company showcases a very team-minded culture and family feel environment.
