We are looking for a talented Quality Control Team Leader to join our Quality and Reliability team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Based on First in First out rule to arrange/finish incoming part sampling inspection, make sure Passed material meet quality requirements.
- Help component engineers to do First Article Inspection (FAI), work closely with component team and engineering team to ensure New Product Introduction (NPI) project materials in compliance with material specifications and relevant standards.
- Work flexibly to satisfy the material inspection demand, support urgent component inspection requirements.
- Report component quality issue to relevant engineers and quality control manager timely
- Summarise and report Supplier quality performance on regular basis
- Manage all the document and quality record per the requirement, make sure the data in MES, daily log file is correct/intact and consistent
- Verify part quality issue which is raised from production, customer, or another stakeholder. Sort/screen parts when necessary
- Train/coach the junior IQC to be able to do IQC job correctly when necessary
- Maintain a good status of all equipment’s, tools in IQC room, keep IQC room clean and well organised
- Follow and support the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements
- Follow and support the implementation of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements
- Follow and support the implementation of ISO 9001 requirements

**Education and necessary skills**
- Extensive experience in the quality inspection of optical/electronic/mechanical components
- Knowledgeable of ESD, ISO9001 requirement
- Capability of reading mechanical drawing
- Able to use microscope to inspect tiny parts.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to write professional report.
- Skilled in coordination, communication, problem solving and time management.
- Pay attention to details, be self-discipline and focused at work.

**Desirables**
- Knowledgeable of optical/electronic/mechanical part manufacturing process
- IPC-A-610 certification
- Able to use Coordinate-measuring Machine (CMM) to measure mechanical parts.
