- **Play a pivotal role in enhancing NAB’s reputation and driving Personal Bank’s customer obsessed culture**:

- **Bring the outside in and serve as a trusted advisor to the Personal Bank team**:
**In this Associate Director, Communications role, you will**
- Lead the implementation of media strategies that support NAB’s Personal Bank’s ambition
- Create compelling media materials that engage and make the business of banking accessible
- Develop strong relationships with the Personal Bank team to find the storytelling opportunities and proactively manage issues
- Help drive business decisions that will build trust and drive change for the benefit of customers, communities and NAB.

**What you'll bring**
- Experience in Communications/Media and Public Relations developed over 8+ years (tertiary qualifications in Communications or related field preferred).
- Media and public relations experience including the development and execution of campaigns and activities that achieve positive media coverage and engagement.
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor who influences outcomes with senior to mid-tier executives/stakeholders and/or mitigates issues to achieve communications objectives.
