It is an exciting time of change and opportunity within the procurement function at McCain, and we are looking for someone to join the team as Procurement Category Manager, Logistics ANZ. The role will lead the sourcing strategy, help shape the function, and establish best practices for McCain across the region and worldwide.

**About the role**
- Strategic Sourcing and Category Planning: Own the sourcing and contracting strategy from industry analysis to implementation. Provide category insight and expertise.
- Sustainable Cost Advantage Delivery: Drive cost optimisation initiatives within the category. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Business and Stakeholder Alignment: Enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction through ongoing communication and participation in leadership teams.
- Spend Governance: Manage supplier contracts according to policy guidelines and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manages supplier relationships to drive value and innovation for McCain. Leads supplier discussions ensuring understanding of McCain's value stream and meet contractual obligations.
- AOC Budgeting: Works with finance and stakeholders to manage category budgets, while being accountable for productivity, innovation, and cash flow goals.

**About you**
- Undergraduate degree in finance/economics/logistics or similar.
- 5+ years of Procurement experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Freight & Logistics buying on a Local basis, ideally in buying like categories.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build strong working relationships, and influence change within a business.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and other priorities.
- Experience with SAP and Excel ideal.
