As a Category Manager for Property, Facilities, and Insurance, you will be responsible for establishing and executing category vision for property and facilities management across ANZ, articulating strong commercial approaches to support Property in delivering their business plan. You will also responsible for some indirect management of our team in India and will sit on the Business & Banking Services category leadership team.

**Role Type**: 12-month Secondment

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in commercial management or procurement disciplines
Problem Solving and ability to bring solutions whilst navigating ambiguity
Exceptional communication and stakeholder and relationship management skills
Strong business acumen ability to influence outcomes with senior business stakeholders
Results and Achievement Orientation
Deep knowledge of value chain, including the ability to manage total cost of ownership and ability to source value beyond price
Market research and networking skills to ensure ANZ is able to stay at the forefront of industry leading practices, digital disruption and strategic or regulatory trends
Understanding of end to end procurement lifecycle management across Strategy, Source to Contract, Supplier Relationship Management through to Req. to Pay
