The **Procurement Administrator** will support RSL Queensland’s procurement department by coordinating, planning and executing procurement activities. They assist in the procurement process, be responsible for supporting contracting activities, including supporting contract administration and execution. This role will be involved with engaging key internal and external stakeholders, providing support around contractual negotiations.

This role will report to the **Senior Manager - Procurement **and is a part of the **Corporate Services Department. **We are looking for experienced professionals from a Procurement Administrative background to join this fast-paced and fun team-oriented environment.

**In this role, you will have the proven ability to**:

- Ensure effective utilisation and updating of RSL Queensland’s Contracts Repository - Epona CMS, including monthly reporting.
- Support commercial negotiation of contracts including the collation of finalised terms and conditions and related contractual documents
- Support Contract Managers with their assigned contracts in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures to ensure the proper and effective execution of assigned programs of work.
- Support vendor management as per Procurement Vendor Tiering requirements
- Assist in identifying commercial risks, develop and implement solutions that align with RSL Queensland policies and procedures to effectively reduce risk and cost
- Engage in continuous improvement through the recommendation and development of improved business practices, policies and procedures to enhance functional performance.

**You will also possess**:

- Tertiary Qualification (Diploma/Bachelors degree) In business not mandatory, but highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) working within a commercial procurement environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge or understanding of contract management systems.
- Attention to detail and experience in understanding, collating, and reporting on procurement and contracts information.
- Well-developed written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven commitment to quality and risk management outcomes.
- Confident and proficient in use of Microsoft Office
