The support worker's responsibility is to deliver great customer service while assisting Ablelife's customers in achieving the objectives outlined in their NDIS plan. This comprises:
Working independently to offer the right amounts of help to keep and increase the client's degree of independence. This may entail involvement in the community, the development of skills, a career path, the fostering of relationships, and several other requirements.

Attend to the client's needs, work constructively with their families, and offer the client and others in their lives assistance.

Maintain thorough and accurate records of all activities including progress notes.

Observe the NDIS Code of Conduct

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:
