You will be responsible for a number of administrative matters as well assistance for the team in achieving their strategic objectives. Your focus will include:

- Arrange medicals, work right checks, training and conduct reference checks
- Prepare employment documentation for new and existing employees
- Create and maintain personnel records
- Create reports and presentations on HR metrics and information
- Liaise with Payroll on personnel commencement, changes and exits to align with payroll deadlines
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Recruitment team
- Contribute to continuous improvement to processes and procedures

What you will bring to the team:

- A genuine enthusiasm and team orientated approach to their work
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- 2-5 years’ experience in an administration role will be highly regarded
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Previous experience with Workday is desirable
