Council’s Property Services Department plays a pivotal role in some of the most exciting community projects across the Moreton Bay Region.

**About the Opportunity**:
As our **_Property Support Officer,_** you will provide administrative and business support within the Property Operations team to facilitate the leasing and management of Council owned commercial facilities, to deliver quality outcomes in relation to a diverse commercial portfolio.

You will monitor and process incoming and outgoing communications, draft correspondence and assist with tenant and customer enquiries and issues, monitor commercial property budgets and attend to the processing of purchase orders and invoices.

You will have the ability to build relationships with your team, internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to a positive team environment in order to achieve a high performance, continuous improvement and customer focused culture.

**About you**:
We are seeking someone who is the glue for our dynamic team You will be proactive in approach to your daily tasks, work closely with the team on what needs to be done and assist with process improvement where you find that opportunity.

You will have experience providing administrative support, including the preparation of correspondence and documentation, well-developed organisational skills and work ethic, to work autonomously and escalate issues.

You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work - communication is key in this role
- You will have a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and the ability to develop proficiency with council’s corporate systems._
