**About the role**

In this role you will be responsible for:

- The coordination and communication of the transportation of materials between supply chain, project managers and customers.
- Processing material requisition requests in line with project requirements.
- Monitoring excess stock held by subcontractors and coordinating its return.
- Liaising with the inventory team and warehouse staff to ensure all stock is made available as per business requirements and in line with Service Agreements.
- Participating in weekly forecast reviews with the project team to ensure material is available to complete upcoming work.

**About you**
- Proven experience in customer service & data entry within a fast paced environment in Operations, Telecommunications & Logistics.
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating activities between project and supply chain teams.
- Qualification in Logistics, Warehousing or Supply Chain Management highly regarded, however not essential.
