Organisation: Level Crossing Removal Project

**Salary**: $90,067 - $102,192

Occupation: Construction

Join us and be part of Victoria's Big Build, working within the award-winning Level Crossing Removal Project. There has never been a better time to get amongst the action

**About the role**

Our Commercial Team are looking for a Commercial Officer with a qualification in accounting, commerce, finance, business management or similar to join the team working on the North West Program Alliance.

As the Commercial Officer you will be assisting with commercial functions within the program, undertaking contract administration, providing advice to stakeholders on contract management, and getting involved on incoming bids across one of our largest programs of work with current and upcoming work packages valued at around $2 billion dollars.

On a day-to-day basis you will find yourself:

- Preparing, maintaining and assisting in the implementation of administration, documents, systems and plans across all phases of the project.
- Drafting contract notices, correspondence, briefs, memos and reports.
- Providing advice to stakeholders across LXRP, our Program Alliance partners and other areas across the Victorian Government.

This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $90,067 and $102,192 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is located in the Melbourne CBD and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.

**About you**

You are someone that enjoys keeping busy, crafting a well written memo, building relationships and assisting your colleagues and the business by providing them with solid advice. You like to get amongst the action and get excited about working directly within the program of work with the rest of the project delivery team.
- Strong people skills - you'll be working closely with people, interpreting information into a format they can understand. The ability to adjust your communication style is key.
- An eye for detail and meeting deadlines - the world of contract administration requires good organisation and focus on details.
- A holistic approach to your work - you can consider the bigger pictures, adjust your priorities to suit and look for ways to improve.
