**The role**
This Government Department is seeking a Project Officer to help co-ordinate the day-to-day operations and project support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support, including ascertaining and maintaining client information
- Scheduling meetings & creating agendas & minutes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders & vendors
- Preparation and updating of various project documents
- Provision of administration support in business as usual functions

**Key Skills Required**
- Minimum 2+ years as a Project Officer
- Experience as a Project Officer within the Victoria Government is highly desirable
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach to work
