**The Role**

This Support Worker role is perfect for those who love being out and about, meeting and helping people. We are after a **female**support worker based in Parramatta, who will play an important part in this 10 year old boys life and ensuring his safety and happiness. This role will also require someone experienced with **ADHD and autism,** following a **behavior support plan** and must have knowledge on how to **deal with bad behaviors** (such as swearing, hitting, kicking, manipulation). As well as community access the role will also include in home supports, will require own transport to and from the clients house and to take the client out.

**Checks**

All staff must have current a NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, ABN and covid certification. A driver's license and car may be required.

Contractor insurances are also required, e.g., public liability, professional indemnity and personal accident.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Quarterly bonus

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
