As the Event Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping memorable experiences and fostering meaningful connections.

**Your Role**:
As the Event Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our event business, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impact. Reporting to the Events and Partnerships Manager, you'll navigate the landscape of event inquiries, negotiations, and conversions. From crafting event budgets to conducting site inspections and representing the organisation at promotional events, your role will be a blend of negotiation, attention to detail, and superior client engagement. Collaborating across teams, you'll contribute to the promotion and execution of diverse events, enhancing our reputation as a cultural destination.

Your ability to build relationships while utilising your negotiation skills to convert inquiries into confirmed business will ensure success in this role. With strong communication skills, both written and verbal, you'll engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless event process.
