**Your new role**

As the Sustainability Manager, your primary role will be to continuously develop, improve and champion an ethical, environmentally friendly, and socially conscious focus within the organisation.

You will work closely with partners across the business (including executive leadership) to drive participation in programs and activities that build a more diverse and inclusive culture that values environmental and economic sustainability.
- Environmental, social, governance (ESG) management
- Create and drive the organisations ESG management plan and program to increase the positive impact of business operations
- Lead with an informed approach cognisant of legislation, client contract requirements and stakeholder expectations within an environmental and social governance context
- Build company ESG competency and capability, and implement pragmatic guidelines for the business’ support services
- Collaborate and support internal stakeholders with operational responsibilities relating to business and contract plans under the ESG umbrella, to report in accordance with a wide range of frameworks and schemes including NGERS, UN SDGs, WGEA, and Modern Slavery
- ESG policy and planning

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 8+ years’ experience in a role with a sustainable business focus, developing and implementing plans for corporate social responsibility, environmental and/or inclusive workforce management
- Experienced in project management and implementing highly effective new processes
- Passion for sustainability and social impact
- Well-developed relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- A can-do attitude, willingness to take ownership and to learn
- Results oriented with strong problem-solving skills and partnership approach
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
