**The Role**
Finance and Fleet Officer forms part of the CarCenta program, situated in our Wakefield Street office under the Corporate/Finance team.
CarCenta provides fleet management for our internal fleet as well as external clients. CarCenta has the knowledge and expertise for help desk support and management of the fleets across the many facets required.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Processing of electronic fleet payments
- Raising of invoices as required
- Completing the end of month recharge tasks
- Providing excellent customer service via the Fleet Management help desk
- Precise data management into the Fleet Management Software
- Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Management of the fuel accounts across CCES
- Responsible for the implantation and management of selected fleet tasks

**What you need to bring**
**Essential**
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (previously
known as ‘Child-Related Employment Screening Clearance’).
- Strong MS Excel Skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent customer service
- Some out of hours work may be required in order to meet the requirement of the role
**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Administration, or other related
qualification
- Demonstrated experience in fleet management or similar field
- Working knowledge of Technology One Financials
