Fresh Catering is one of Sydney’s premier hospitality companies, providing excellence in quality of food, and offering new and exciting standards across all of their events and venues. We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Stewards to work at the production kitchen in Redfern.

This is a full-time position.

**The Role**

The Kitchen Steward is responsible to perform basic kitchen duties as requested by the Chief Steward or Head Chef, including:

- General washing up
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning

**About You**
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- A responsible person who shows initiative
- An eye for detail
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Good communication skills
- Valid working rights for Australia
