This Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced ICT Project Coordination Officer to join the Digital and Technology Services (DTS) Branch. The organisations' purpose is to maximise the economic and social benefits of communications and media for Australia, by fostering a communications and media environment that balances the needs of industry and the Australian community through education and advice, facilitation of access to resources, and regulation.

**Your new role**

As the ICT Project Coordination Officer, you will work with the Project Manager across two divisions to assist the projects' aims. This Project will deliver a modern system providing the department's personnel with an intuitive platform for planning, licencing and enforcement activities and enable the delivery of contemporary and accessible digital services to clients. The project is currently in the Procurement Stage.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrated project coordination experience and an understanding of project management, processes, methods and governance (qualifications in the project management domain will be well regarded). You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high-level organisational and logístical skills, and an understanding of probity and confidentiality as it relates to government procurement. You will also be committed to achieving quality outcomes and have the capacity to remain positive and calm in a high-pressure environment.
