About the Role
As the Associate Director, you’re primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of Corporate and Institutional clients in the Healthcare sector.

What will your day look like?
**The primary activity of the role includes**:

- Preparing and reviewing credit papers and exercising Credit Approval Discretion (where appropriate).
- Managing direct reports at an Analyst and Associate level.
- Overseeing ongoing credit monitoring agenda, including financial analysis, risk grade event management and quality assurance processes.
- Liaising with clients on transaction structuring and ongoing credit reviews.
- Liaising with credit executives on an on-gong basis;
- Industry research & risk mitigation strategies; and
- Deal documentation

This role is within the market leading specialist Corporate & Institutional Health team. The Health business includes clients in sub-segments covering aged care, retirement living, land lease communities, hospitals, health REITS, diagnostic imaging, allied health, childcare and community care.

- Be highly organised and structured in your approach to client management.
- Be willing to build an external and internal network to provide industry knowledge and insights; and
- Ability to negotiate complex financial alternatives.
