**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Branding Design & Development**
Initiate and develop innovative ideas for new creative concepts, content, and brand initiatives that align with the Sarina Russo Group’s identity.
- ** Print & Digital Design**
- ** Website & Social Media**
Design website and landing pages, and develop creative concepts for social media. Occasionally manage and post to social media channels—working knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube is a plus.
- ** Video & Photography Production**
Produce, film, and edit web videos. Occasionally shoot and edit photography and video content for use on social media and digital channels.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**
Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders, delivering professional and on-brand graphic design solutions.
- ** Brand Evolution & Maintenance**
Continuously improve and update the Russo Education Group’s branding and marketing materials, including social media and website assets.
- Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, and Lightroom skills.
- 'Can do' attitude, who is willing to develop and improve their skills.
- Excellent communication skills and organisation skills.
- A sense of humour and the ability to collaborate with a variety of people.
- High attention to detail and design.
- Possess design skills, particularly in layout, typography and colour.
- Minimum two years related working experience in a similar Graphic Design role
- Completed a Diploma qualification or higher, or have relevant experience.
