Are you passionate about libraries, literacy and lifelong learning? Council is seeking an innovative and community-minded person to lead the development of programs that inspire discovery, connection and a love for learning. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and deliver engaging library and literacy experiences and programming across various platforms including face-to-face and digital formats.
As a champion of our lifelong learning initiatives, you’ll be leading programs tailored to diverse community needs and fostering meaningful relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds. Your creativity and forward-thinking approach will fuel the design and evaluation of programs that make a real impact on the community, ensuring our library remains a hub for knowledge, curiosity and engagement.***

**About You**
You’ll foster community involvement by partnering with key stakeholders so excellent interpersonal skills are essential. You will also need a current NSW Working with Children Check Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).***

**Benefits**
This is a permanent full-time role working 35 hours per week with a base salary ranging from $81,783 up to $90,779 per year based on demonstrated experience + 11.5% p.a superannuation.
