**About this opportunity**
This is a newly created position in our Marketing team based at our Head Office in Greenhills, East Maitland. A permanent, full-time position with flexible hours of work including some remote working options.
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (also from a Marketing background), you will be focused on leading the design and delivery of marketing campaigns, patient experiences and initiatives that build brand awareness and expand lead generation; all designed to drive an increase in conversion of new patients for the organisation (no pressure).
In this pivotal position, you will predominantly be responsible for not only managing your direct reports (2) but also the relationship with our key agencies to develop and execute media plans that drive our business results through new patient acquisition and new centre performance. You will own our brand and as well as the performance of our internal media platforms such as our website and booking widget. Building internal capability for digital marketing and acquisition will be a key focus and success measure.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying our various target audiences and tailoring creative marketing campaigns to suit, executing each to success while staying on brand
- Manage the shared Marketing budget to maximise impact and ROI (shared with our Patient Retention team)
- Achieve annual new patient acquisition targets and using data to analyse and manage our funnel to uncover areas for improvement
- Manage new centre opening campaigns to achieve new patient targets within expected timeframes

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience in marketing services (not just a tangible product) with positive ROI
- Solid understanding of brand adherence and market segmentation
