Join us as a Real-estate & office assistant for the Electrification Business Area where you will be be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Reporting to the Engineering and Project Management Manager and this position is based in Notting Hill,Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors in professional and friendly manner. Managing incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department and take accurate messages when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception/airlock areas and visitor sign in/out system
- Assisting visitors with inquiries and providing information about the organisations product services and policies
- Handling customer complaints or concerns with tact and escalating issues as needed
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meeting and conference room bookings.Coordinating mail distribution, courier services and office & kitchen supplies inventory and support
- Managing and updating contact lists, databases and office records. Creating purchase requisition/orders. Providing support to internal business areas as required

**Your background**:

- Experience of real estate & office administration, assistant, or relevant role.
- Background of electrical power and automation industry is advantage.
- Able to work at site, ABB office at Notting Hill, Australia.
- Aspiration to learn & grow.
