**About the Position**
Our friendly team based in
**Nambour **are looking for two (2) experienced scheduling professionals on a permanent full-time basis. This role will consist of scheduling our clients and staff to ensure that delivery of services occur on time and in line with our organisational requirements.

**About You**
- Previous scheduling or rostering experience using an electronic data management system;
- Previous experience in prioritising and managing workload within a busy environment;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make fast, professional and effective decisions
- Initiative and able to monitor and manage your own workload while working within role expectations, deadlines and management requirements
- A friendly and flexible attitude with a distinct focus on customer and client service
- Promotion of an active team environment, with the drive to make a real contribution to the team
- Dedication and commitment to error free administration, with unwavering attention-to-detail, even when tasks get routine
- Highly developed ability to provide oversight and support the allocation of key tasks to staff within an administration environment;
- Highly developed interpersonal/communication (written and oral), analytical skills and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work positively within a team environment in the achievement of Service goals;
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to organisational policies and procedures and client service standards;
- Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Windows and an ability to learn new software programs);
- Strong numeric data entry and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to understand and work within a continual quality improvement system within the Service environment;
- Understanding of Community and Aged Care funding streams (desirable); and
- Basic understanding of medical terminology (desirable).

You will require a current National Police Certificate and Queensland Driver Licence.
