With offices based in Brisbane, Darling Downs, and Sunshine Coast regions we are an established brokerage with dedicated staff. We pride ourselves on delivering a highly responsive, professional, and seamless service to our clients - regardless of their location.

We are seeking an extremely motivated insurance professional to join our dynamic General Insurance team.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be the first point of contact for all our clients in lodging, managing, and processing their claims, end to end. Excellent customer service and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must within this role.

To Be Successful in this Role, you will have
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry with a focus on processing and handling claims
- Tier 2 in Insurance mandatory or Tier 1 is preferable but not essential
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
- Strong administration skills including attention to detail, organising, prioritising workload and time management
- Ability to interpret and comprehend Industry documents such as PDS/Policy Wordings
- Excellent computer skills including demonstrated use in Winbeat & Sunrise
- A team orientated attitude and the ability to work autonomously

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
