**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Perform customer onboarding activities to ensure customer centric and compliant with relevant policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant compliance and legislation relating to customer processes (AML/CTF, KYC, Privacy etc)
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements, perform controls, escalate events, issues or breaches when identified
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 6 months previous customer onboarding experience in financial services/gaming industry
- Proven experience in customer facing role (sales, EA, onboarding, data entry)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in making informed decisions when faced with complex customer situations
- Finance/Economics/Business background highly preferred
