**About the role at Mable**

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, this role will sit within our customer engagement team and your objective will be to work with current and potential customers to understand their goals and help them utilise the platform to get the support they want and need. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in people's lives at a rapidly growing company whose mission is to transform the aged care and disability support sectors.

**Seniority**

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
