**New Graduate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner**

About your new role:

- A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
- Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
- A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way
- Flexi

- Quarterly alignment days
- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

- Located in the Revesby Business Hub, with access to Cafes, Coles / Woolies and Revesby Worker Club, as well as our Paediatric Clinic (Achieve Therapy)

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree
- Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
