**For this role, we will consider how well you**:

- Provide strategic advice in relation to primary curriculum, teaching and learning, and assessment related to the Australian Curriculum.
- Lead and manage project teams to develop and deliver professional learning and resources responsive to the needs of Queensland teachers and key stakeholder to support P-6 Australian Curriculum.
- Prepare briefings, correspondence and reports.
- Lead and manage projects within timelines, using allocated resources and involving officers across the office of the Authority and external participants.
- Liaise with government and non-government educational agencies on assigned projects.
- Create and maintain professional relations between the Authority and key stakeholders.
- Participate in forums, workshops and discussion groups in relation to the work of the QCAA.
- Undertake specific tasks as required to assist the QCAA in achieving its business outcomes, including using assessment data to inform curriculum development.
- Contribute to a change management and performance development culture by participating in regular two-way discussions with your supervisor and colleagues, and through the implementation of an individual Performance and Development Plan (PDP).
